My friend Carol came to me concerning her sister Amy’s father who had been having terrible headaches and dizziness. He went to the hospital and, per the doctor, was found to have a marble sized mass in the frontal lobe of his brain. It was affecting his speech, his mobility, and his sight. The doctors had no idea what it was so they began their testing with cancer in mind.
I came to church and requested a prayer cloth from Pastor John. I took this prayer cloth to work along with the little book about healing from Pastor Kenneth Hagin. I marked the section where there was healing scriptures and told how to confess your healing. I gave this to my friend, Carol, and she immediately took the book and the prayer cloth to the post office and mailed it to her sister.
He was already in the hospital with some of the tests being done on him. They did an MRI the week after the prayer cloth was sent. The doctors reviewed the MRI and said that the mass looked “less colorful.” I knew right then that his healing had already begun.
He confessed every day that satan had no hold on him and that the mass in his brain was getting smaller. He carried the prayer cloth to every test that he had to have and to every doctors’ appointment. He said that after this appointment with the doctors, he wanted to take a walk to build up his strength and “get this thing out of him” and “get on the road to recovery.” This was another GREAT confession. He never confessed his sickness and neither did his family. They believe in the power of prayer and they confessed his delivery from this tumor right along with him. They were in agreement with us that he was being healed every day even if it was only a slight change.
They ran more tests on him – a Pet scan/CT and was told that he had no other tumors anywhere in his body. However, an opthamologist found “spots” on the back of his eyes and right away that became another “symptom” of something they thought was happening. But he would not confess that. He confessed that he had healing even from this.
Each day he would tell his daughter, Amy, how the headaches were not as frequent and that his reading and writing skills were improving daily also. Every day they thanked God for intercessory prayer and for the answer to those prayers. She stated that this was a difficult trial for them but knew that they had much prayer support and much love was felt.
The doctors decided that it was Lymphoma but the lesions “weren’t active” and they couldn’t draw any conclusions from the tests… they were still unsure. He had taken steroids at the other hospital and they were using that as a reason that the tests were inconclusive. The doctor thought that the area affected was much larger but with the improvement that her dad had in such a short time – better speech patterns, reading, writing, and his sense of humor had returned with each new, positive result AND his opthomologist said his vision was improving and that he could do ANYTHING that he was comfortable doing.
The doctors said that at this point, the tumors would or should have been growing but they weren’t – they were getting smaller and his words “some may call this a miracle” and he said it three times, too. He checked him out thoroughly, said his reflexes were much improved and he was doing much better physically. She told the doctors it was from all the people praying for him.
On the way home from this appointment, she asked her dad if he felt back to himself and he said YES and that the pressure in his head was diminishing daily. He knows that this was a result of prayer. His first day out – he is going to church.
The doctors said they will keep a watch on this and run another MRI but we all know the results.
This is truly a “GOD ONLY” miracle.

I have a testimony to share with my brothers and sisters regarding my husband Charlie - A few years ago Charlie had 2 echocardiograms (each at different time periods) which showed signs of a mitral valve prolapse (the valve in the heart does not close correctly causing blood to leak back into your heart).
Charlie had been having trouble breathing when he was outside doing work and had a burning in his chest. At this point Charlie and I prayed for a good report before he went for a stress test (which the heart doctor told him to stop and did not want him to continue) - a week later he went for an echocardiogram and we waited to hear from his doctor. I was professing scripture over my husband, and with prayers from my brothers and sisters, and saying to God, I know you gave me this wonderful husband, I continued believing.
My husband went for his doctor visit and the test results showed NO SIGN of a mitral valve prolapse problem. Praise God for his faithfulness, mercy and love. And yes, OUR GOD does look to and fro to perform HIS WORD.
My church family is so precious to me - I hope they realize how blessed we are as a body of Christ - truly all the seed Pastor Emeritus and Sister Nancy sowed through their faithfulness, diligence, and love for God has flowed to us and continues outflowing through our church. We are witnesses to their seed time and harvest. God Bless our compassionate Pastor who flows in the Anointing of our Lord.

I had to let you know, at one Wednesday night’s service the overwhelming love and closeness to God that took place in me. Not to go into long detail but after a recent visit with the doctor, the spirit of fear was consuming my thoughts. I was preparing to come forward to receive prayer. As I listened to you teach and then to Brother Gary about speaking in your prayer language. God - as if sitting next to me – said, “do you hear what he said?” My thoughts were oh my, and that was it. I whispered under my breath forgive me Lord, I haven’t been using my prayer language like I did before. The second the words left my lips I felt a comfort and peace come over my entire body and the spirit of fear completely leave me. I wanted at that moment to jump out of my seat, to thank and praise the Lord. It was all I could do to remain seated and not shout aloud.
The Lord has healed me so many times before in the past and I guess I was getting a little lazy in my prayer language and spending time alone with God. So I started remembering and going over Bible verses that have helped in the past to receive my healing. I Peter 2:24 “…by whose stripes ye were healed.” Exodus 15:26 “…I am the Lord that healeth thee” and James 5:15 “And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.”
I realized everything, including my healing, starts inside me by taking the words of God and keeping them in my heart. When sickness or fear attacks my body I can tap into these healing words. As I speak words of healing and faith I can cast out all fear and sickness while calling myself healed in the name of Jesus.
I thank God for you, Pastor John, and I thank God for Freedom In Christ Church. I also thank God for the Holy Spirit that lives inside me.

I would like to give praise and thanksgiving to God for my healing. I had hurt my back at work; I couldn’t get comfortable when driving, and sometimes pain would go down my right leg. One Sunday morning, Pastor George spoke and I received revelation on healing. Something just clicked that I saw a light on. Though Pastor John ministered to the sick, I did not go up, but as I listened to Pastor John, I lifted my hands, “I receive my healing now, thank you Father, thank you Lord Jesus, thank you Holy Spirit.” While I was praising I felt a warmth on the right side of my back. No more pain! I went back to work. I can drive, work – no pain! Thank God we have the Word being taught, with signs, healing, miracles following; truly the anointing does destroy the yoke of bondage.

I had taken my son, Izaiah to the doctors with a fever of 102.7. At the end of the doctor visit he said to call if his fever got worse. Two days later Izaiah's fever spiked to 105.4. Being very concerned, I called the doctor again but he was unable to see my baby.
After getting off the phone with the doctor's office, my mother called to give Izaiah a birthday kiss. I told her about his high fever and she said that we needed to pray that his temperature would go back to normal. After I talked with mom, she called my older sister and told her they needed to pray together over Izaiah asking the Lord to lower his fever. About 3 to 4 hours later I checked his temperature and it was 99.8. I believe this only happened through our God’s love and mercy and his willingness to answer our prayers, in the natural nothing was working to bring Izaiah’s temperature down.
God knew exactly what I needed and He worked through my mom. When she called, the Holy Spirit uplifted me, giving me peace, hope, and assurance that my God supplies all of our needs. I praise God for His love and for giving me a mom who is strong in the Lord.

For many years I suffered with problems with keeping food down. Finally my doctor sent me to Hershey Medical Center to see about my Hiatial Hernia in 1997. The doctor lost my Xrays and all the other facts of my condition. So the doctors at Hershey wouldn't do anything for me. I had a sister who got a doctor’s name from the University of John
Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore by the name of Doctor Flowers. He saw me twice before my surgery. Before my surgery, one doctor came in and asked me if I would like to have prayer. I said yes. When we got in the operating room Dr. Flowers asked me to have prayer before surgery. When I was going to sleep I saw angels all around me. They were keeping me safe. The Lord was with me the whole time. I was home in 2 days and God has been healing me ever since. Our Lord God has been a helping hand in my life every day. I believe it was God's will that the doctor's at Hershey were not qualified to do the job. I thank God everyday for my health. This is my testimony from the love of God.
